you marry the person who you cannot live without."

Have you watched the movie „The Wedding Planner” with Jennifer Lopez and Matthew McConaughey from the year 2001? It is a romantic comedy  where Mary (Jennifer Lopez) is a wedding planner. To be honest I don’t remember much from the story now but I know that after watching it, I was thinking about to have the same job like her: planning and coordinating wedding ceremonies. I think I don’t need to mention that I am not a wedding planner now but by writing this article I feel a little bit like her. I help you by choosing the right wedding dress. There are so many dresses, so many designs and the newest and the most fashionable dress is not always the dress that fits you the most. I think it is really important to choose the one that you like the most because if you like it, you will feel good in it and that will be seen. You will look beautiful.

If you are a regular reader of my blog, you must be familiar with the brand Cocomelody and their lovely wedding dresses. If you are a new reader I want to share their aim with you which sounds „make every dress-shopper happy, no matter what their budget might be”.

Did it happen to you too that you thought you found the right dress or shirt for you because it looked gorgeous from the front then you had a look at its back and you were just disappointed? Yes, it probably did. Ecaxtly therefore today we look at the backsides and we check low back wedding dresses out.

1 / 2

The first dress is specific. It has an open back and at the same time it has not. On the backside it is covered but the material is see-through. It offers a timeless A-line silhouette and a unique waist.
The second dress is a little bit different. Its back is open but with the detailled illusion neckline it forms a beautiful circle. The dress has a trumpet-mermaid silhouette and it is sleeveless. The beading and appliques make it complete.

The first dress on the picture has a chic A-line and offers an illusion neckline and open back.
The second dress is a backless gown with a lovely sweetheart neckline. A dropped waist and appliqué details make it charming.

Fluffy Pancakes

✯ Hello Shiny Stars! ✯

"I love you almost as much as I love pancakes."

♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡ ♡

A few days ago we celebrated Shrove Tuesday, which is known as Pancake Day in some countries. It has been celebrated by Britons for centuries and its exact date changes every year because it is 47 days before Easter Sunday.

There are two types of pancakes. They can be thin and light or round and fluffy. In many other languages there are even two different words for them.

Today I would like to share with you my recipe for a fluffy pancake that I made on Pancake Day, but they are also perfect for the upcoming Valentine's Day.

The ingredients are listed in the picture as well as below and if you choose the alternatives mentioned in the brackets, your pancakes will also be dairy free.

- 2 eggs
- 300 millilitres of milk (I use either coconut or rice milk)
- 25 grams melted butter (I always use vegetable margarine)
- 15 tablespoon flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 teaspoon white sugar

Method:

- Whisk together the milk and egg, then add the melted butter or margarine.
- Add all the other ingredients into the bowl and mix them together. I did it by hand, but you can also use a blender.
- Heat a non-stick pan on a medium heat and spoon some batter into the pan.
- When the upper side of the pancake starts to blister, it is time to fry the second side.
- Continue frying until both sides are golden.

Serve with maple syrup

Enjoy yourself!  :)
