I knew that today would already be the first of December, but somehow I only realized in the morning that it also means that the first day of the opening of the Advent calendar is also here and that means that there are only 24 days left until Christmas. This also means that the time for coziness and Christmas decorations has officially arrived.

This is Mickey Mouse, but I don't think I need to introduce him, everyone knows who he is.

Well believe it or not, this little mouse is celebrating his 95th birthday today and he seems to know the secret to staying forever young.

For this special occasion, I checked out Primark's website to see what lovely pieces they currently have on offer and they are simply amazing. Below I've listed some of my favourites, but I've also linked to previous selections if you would like further inspiration and information.

I'm not going to start this post with "long time no see" because I could add that sentence to any of my blog posts, but if you read this, I'm glad to have you here. 😊

Lately I've been spending a lot of time on the website and in the shop of IKEA and also other similar ones, therefore this post had to be about room decor and accessories for your home.

All the items below are from IKEA and I've linked them to an English website so everyone can understand, but with the change of country I'm pretty sure you'll also find the items in your local shop if you have one.

I'll start with this artificial potted plant, which looks very real in the picture. I think it's perfect for rooms where you don't have the ideal conditions for a real plant, or you just don't have the time or interest to look after one but still want to add some greenery to the room.

You can also add a personal touch to any of your rooms with these two reindeer pictures, which are printed on canvas and are each 50 cm wide and 70 cm high. 

This white vase looks simply stunning and will brighten up any room. It is so aesthetic and can add the finishing touch to your room.

I also love this cushion cover with the leaves, which again brings some nature into your home.
